Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre, Shrewsbury has been presented with an award by BRE Global for achieving a BREEAM Outstanding rating fop a Bespoke category of building with a rating of 94.4% making it the 1st ‘Bespoke’ building to receive this rating and only the 6th building to achieve this. It is also the highest ever points total for a BREEAM building.
Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre, Loughbrough has now been handed over to Dogs Trust and is awaiting confirmation that has achieved BREEAM Outstanding.
We use the latest annually updated version of Autodesk Revit enabling us to provide 3D modelling and integration into projects requiring Building Information Modelling (BIM).
The project has also recently been Highly Commended in the 2012 RICS West Midlands Awards narrowly coming second to the new
£½ billion Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
